Food for Thought...




Fruit and vegetables are often overlooked as the perfect element to make a centrepiece texturally interesting and unique. Small details such as kumquats add a bright pop of colour to a monochromatic centrepiece, or larger features such as adding artichokes and kale to a seasonal arrangement can provide surprising depth and colour. Mix up your next event by adding fruit or vegetables to your tablescape! Apples are my favourite as they are very easy to work with, but after attempting the artichoke and candle look picture below I may have a new favourite.
